Several Arrested Amid Sheriff’s Office Investigation into “Nuisance Property”

The Shasta County Sheriff’s Office recently arrested a number of people amid numerous complains of illegal burning, gunshots, and other disturbances at a local property, according to a recent press release.

The property, located near the 6000 block of Saddle Trail Road in Anderson, has been the source of several complaints of alleged illegal burning, shootings, verbal disturbances, and squatters, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies and CalFire law enforcement personnel responded to the property on Friday, December 23, and arrested two people with multiple outstanding warrants, identified as Brandon Pimentel and Khammany Symanivong.

A total of ten people were arrested for alleged trespassing, with another three cited and another one admonished. Three of the arrested individuals also received charges of resisting arrest or delaying officers at the scene, the Sheriff’s Office said.
