“While you were out preparing for the holiday weekend, Yuba County Sheriff’s Deputies were hard at work keeping its citizens safe. At approximately 8pm last night, Deputies conducted an enforcement stop on Hwy 70 near Feather River Blvd on a silver Acura after observing vehicle code violations.
Davis Richards (37) of Sacramento was contacted and found to be driving on a suspended license and without an ignition interlock device installed. Before the vehicle was to be impounded deputies conducted an inventory search of the vehicle. Five firearms, loaded high capacity magazines and narcotics were located. Richards was booked in the Yuba County jail on various weapons and narcotics charges.”
