“Officer Munoz received multiple complaints of illegal camping and potential illicit drug activity in a particular area of his beat. During his investigation, Officer Munoz contacted Joshua Sanchez and Nena Thomas who were occupying a motorhome in the area. Joshua was on probation for grand theft and during a probation search, a stolen .45 caliber Sig Sauer handgun was located. Both Joshua and Nena were booked into the Madera County Jail for gun and possession of stolen property charges.”
