Vacaville PD Arrests Man for Stolen Vehicle and Methamphetamine

“This past Sunday evening, Woodland PD called and advised our dispatch team that one of their stolen vehicles was likely in our city, near the outlet areas.
Officers immediately began their search, and one was able to find it tucked back behind a local hotel. The occupants complied with the officer’s commands and were quickly and safely detained.

Inside of the vehicle, officers found a backpack containing a large amount of suspected methamphetamine. Brandon Charrette (29, American Canyon) was arrested and booked into the Solano County Jail on various felony charges related to the stolen vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, and violations of probation.
