Two Arrested, Suspected Narcotics Seized During Traffic Stop in Unincorporated Lincoln

“The driver and passenger were detained and searched for weapons during the traffic stop, and a loaded revolver was recovered from the passenger’s front waistband, in addition to a knife and suspected methamphetamine concealed in his pants pocket.
Deputies also searched the vehicle and found a second firearm in the trunk along with a 30-round 9mm-style magazine. A straw containing suspected heroin residue, three glass pipes, ten sealed Suboxone packets, suspected heroin, several blue “M 30” tablets (suspected fentanyl), and related paraphernalia were also found inside the vehicle.
The driver, 38-year-old Heather Fraser, and passenger, 44-year-old Thomas Galano, were arrested for being felons in possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, and several other related charges. Galano was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance while armed and being a prohibited person in possession of ammunition.”
