“On January 19, 2023, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office Child Abuse Bureau arrested 49-year-old Elton Glenn WARD, in Grass Valley, on 16 counts of Lewd Lascivious Acts with a Child Under 14 Years of Age. WARD is currently being held in the Sacramento County Main Jail with a bail amount of $1,600,000. The victims in this case were female juveniles aged 5 to 16 years old at the time of the alleged incidents.
This is an active and ongoing criminal investigation. Detectives are concerned there may be additional unreported victims.
