“On 01/25/2023, a Riverside County Jury returned with a verdict of guilty on all county’s and allegations after a two week jury trial related to Samuel Vasquez’s involvement in the murders of 51-year-old Charles Neazer in 2015 and 20-year-old Henry Waters Jr. in 2017, as well as the attempted murder of seven other victims during three separate shooting incidents in 2017. As part of the guilty verdicts Vasquez was found to have committed the crimes in association with and for the benefit of a criminal street gang. Sentencing is scheduled for 04/14/2023 in Riverside Superior Court. Vasquez faces up to life in prison without the possibility of parole for his crimes.”
