Citrus Heights Police have arrested 61-year-old Ricky Vaughn of Roseville on 12 counts of Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a child under 14 years of age. The arrest came after a months-long investigation into allegations that Vaughn had been sexually assaulting a known juvenile victim.
