“Efforts to directly impact problem areas, specifically the mobile home park at Belle Mill/White road in Red Bluff continued yesterday. Members of the Tehama Major Crimes Unit, the Sheriff’s Office, Tehama County Probation Department, Red Bluff Police Department, Tehama County District Attorney’s Office, CAL FIRE Tehama-Glenn Unit, and Tehama County Social Services made a huge impact in the area!
William Keys Jr. was found with suspected drugs, and drug sales/packaging material and arrested.
Keith Burrill was contacted with Keys Jr. He was wanted by Probation and arrested
On 3/23, Mathew Milliman was arrested following allegations of child sexual abuse that had been occurring at the mobile home park. Follow up investigation at his residence yesterday discovered two runaway juveniles being concealed in his home by his girlfriend Ricole Nelson. It was also discovered that since his incarceration, Mr. Milliman has been communicating with a child protected from him by a restraining order stemming from his child sexual abuse allegations. He was additionally charged for violating a restraining order.
Ricole Nelson was arrested for parental abduction, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and child endangerment.
William Shephard is a convicted sex offender from Oregon who has failed to register in Tehama County. He was found at the mobile home park and arrested.
Mariah Wooten was arrested for outstanding warrants.
Brandon Arrington is a convicted felon who was found in possession of ammunition and arrested.
One runaway juvenile was reunited with his gaurdian and another was transferred to CPS custody.
A puppy was also found in a cage on a shelf in a closet of one of the condemned mobile homes. He was rescued and taken to the Tehama County Animal Care Center. (He is cute and you should adopt him).
The California Department of Housing and Community Development responded to the scene due to atrocious environmental and living conditions, including disconnected septic systems and human waste being dumped onto the ground. 3 residences were condemned and evacuated.
