Suspect #2 wanted | Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office

Orangevale, California – On December 19, 2022, a burglary occurred at a business in Orangevale, where two suspects broke the store’s front window, wrapped a metal cable around a Bitcoin ATM machine, and used a white Ford F250 pickup truck to pull the machine out of the store. Property Crimes detectives of the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office later identified the truck and determined it belonged to Dylan Kunin.

On March 14, 2023, detectives and deputies served a search warrant at Dylan Kunin’s residence in Rio Linda. During the search, they found Kunin wearing the same headlamp and shoes he wore during the burglary. Additionally, detectives found a metal cable consistent with the one used in the crime, in the yard of the residence.

As a result of the search and the evidence collected, Dylan Kunin was arrested and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on charges of burglary and conspiracy. The detectives are still investigating the case and working towards identifying the second suspect involved in the burglary.

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone with any information about the identity of the second suspect or any other relevant information about the case to contact the Property Crimes Bureau at (916) 875-5388. The Sheriff’s Office is committed to investigating all crimes thoroughly and bringing those responsible to justice.
