Orange County Man Arrested on Suspicion of Downloading CSAM

“Arrestee: Rafael Gil-Secura (40) Santa Ana
A Civilian Investigator from the Santa Ana Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force learned that Rafael Gil-Segura, 40, was downloading Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) over the Internet.
On April 19, 2023, Detectives from the Santa Ana Police Department and Special Agents from Homeland Security executed a search warrant at Gil-Segura’s residence (1800 block of W. Pendleton Ave.) in the City of Santa Ana. During the search, several electronic devices were seized and evidence relating to the downloading of child pornography was discovered. Gil-Segura was arrested for Possession of Child Pornography and booked into the Santa Ana Detention Facility.
