Tulare County Man Arrested for the Alleged Sexual Abuse of Three Underage Victims

A Tulare County man has been arrested in connection to the alleged sexual assault of a teenage victim.
According to a press release by the Sheriff’s Office, Tulare County authorities received a report on April 13 regarding the alleged sexual abuse of a teenage girl. Upon investigation by the Special Victims Unit, it was discovered that two of the victim’s teenage sisters had also allegedly been sexually abused by the same suspect for several years.
In the press release, the Sheriff’s Office identified 38-year-old Victor Manuel Medina Ramirez as the primary suspect.
Following a thorough investigation, SVU Detectives were able to track down Ramirez in Hanford on Friday, April 21. He was arrested and booked into the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility, where he faces multiple charges.
