Sheriff’s Office: Three Arrested in Sutter County after Parole Search Turns Up Narcotics, Burglary Tools

“Last night (04/24/2023) a Sutter County Deputy contacted two suspects who were on parole for burglary and one suspect who had warrants out of Sacramento County. The contact occurred on Pleasant Grove Road and Riego Road, South Sutter County.
The Sutter County Deputy conducted a parole search on the three subjects and located methamphetamine on two of the suspects and pepper spray in the possession of the other suspect. The Sutter County Deputy then conducted a parole search of the vehicle and located ski masks, pry bars, bolt cutters, and other burglary tools.
Two of the suspects were placed on a parole hold as requested by their parole officers, they were later arrested for their parole violation and methamphetamine possession. The suspect with warrants out of Sacramento County was arrested for the warrants and the felony possession of pepper spray.
All subjects were booked into the Sutter County Jail for possession of controlled substances and burglary tools.”
