“On Sunday April 30th 2023, at 9:15 AM an officer stopped 49 year old Vallejo resident Lotu Osotonu, who was driving in the area of American Canyon Road and Broadway. During an investigation for possible driving under the influence (DUI), Lotu was found in possession of a small but useable amount of suspected methamphetamine and a loaded .38 caliber revolver in his pocket. Lotu is prohibited from possessing firearms. Lotu was arrested for DUI and charges related to the possession of the gun and the drugs. The investigation is ongoing as to how Mr. Osotonu acquired the gun.”
