Quickly, Yolo County Deputies successfully obtained a detailed suspect description and managed to locate him within a mile’s distance. We are pleased to report that 39-year-old Afra Mani, a resident of Citrus Heights, has been apprehended and booked into the Yolo County Jail, facing charges for the arson incident.
