“UPDATE:07/15/23
INCUSTODY
We are happy to report the successful apprehension of Daniel Kapumau. Today after a brief foot pursuit, Deputies, K9 unit, and Detectives were able to safely apprehend him.
“A fantastic job by everyone; my staff who remained vigilant and determined to find and arrest Mr. Kapumau and to the community assistance, you played a crucial role in the successful resolution of this case. Together, we are making Mariposa County a safer place for everyone!” Sheriff Briese
WANTED:
We have been actively looking for Daniel Kapumau in connection with several serious crimes including: Kidnapping, Domestic Violence and Evading a peace officer. Kapumau has been the cause of multiple calls to our office. If you know where he is located or have any information about his whereabouts please contact our office at 209-966-3615 or you can report anonymously using our Sheriff’s App.”
