“Toyota Wheel Thieves Arrested. On Sunday, July 23, 2023, at 3:11 AM, a resident called the Davis Police Dispatch Center to report they had interrupted a wheel theft occurring in their apartment complex parking lot near the 3000 block of Cowell Blvd.
The resident provided a suspect and vehicle description, and Davis Police Officers were able to locate the suspects nearby on Barony Place while stealing wheels from another Toyota.
Jayquan Tomlinson and Isaiah Alford, both out of Stockton, were arrested and booked at the Yolo County Jail for conspiracy to commit a crime, grand theft, and possession of stolen property.”
