Humboldt County Man Arrested after Allegedly Breaking into Estranged Family’s Home

A man has been arrested after allegedly forcing his way into his estranged family’s home in Humboldt County.
According to a press release by the Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to a residence on Teal Lane in Eureka to investigate an alleged burglary in progress on the morning of August 15. The caller reportedly stated that an estranged family member, identified as 38-year-old Brian Razinni Miller, had forcibly entered the residence while minors were present.
Miller also allegedly vandalized the property to gain access and left with various items. Deputies located and arrested Miller in the vicinity of 18th Street.
Miller was taken into custody and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on suspicion of first-degree burglary, possession of stolen property, vandalism, and annoying a child after unlawfully entering an inhabited dwelling.
