Arrest Made in Kidnapping Case After Series of Disturbing Incidents

“At about 6:25 PM on August 19th, El Cajon Police Officers began receiving 9-1-1 calls about a homeless man trying to break into peoples houses in the 800 block of Elizabeth Way in El Cajon.
El Cajon Police arrived, the man ran from officers but was caught and detained. Officers located three separate female victims who all had similar encounters with the suspect. The suspect grabbed on to the women and tried to force his way into their houses. He punched one of the women in the neck. The suspect then entered the house of a fourth victim. A father was at home with his children when the suspect entered his residence. The father was able to successfully defend his family and chase the suspect off using a wooden rod. 30-year-old Domonick Medlock of San Francisco, was arrested and booked on several felony charges including kidnapping with the intent to commit rape and burglary.
