Fontana Resident Arrested for Alleged Illicit Contact with a Minor

Rancho Cucamonga, July 11, 2023 – In a recent development, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Crimes Against Children Detail (CAC), in conjunction with the Rancho Cucamonga Station, has successfully concluded an investigation into alleged illicit contact with a minor. The investigation led to the identification and subsequent arrest of a 43-year-old resident of Fontana, Christopher Dale Heath. 

The incident, classified under PC 288.3(A) – Contacting a Minor to Commit a Felony, transpired within the City of Rancho Cucamonga. The victim, a confidential juvenile, reportedly came into contact with the suspect, Christopher Heath.

Following a meticulous investigation, the authorities apprehended Heath, who was later booked into the Central Detention Center in San Bernardino. He faces charges related to PC 288.3(A). His bail has been set at $30,000.

Authorities are urging individuals who might have information or have been affected by similar incidents involving Christopher Heath to come forward. To aid in this effort, a photograph of Heath and his vehicle, a 2012 black Toyota Sienna, has been released.
