ANTIOCH — A woman working part-time as a nanny allegedly possessed and distributed child pornography. Michelle N. Hildago, 28, of Antioch, was arrested by the Contra Costa County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Hildago was locked up on September 22. She was held at the Martinez Detention Facility in lieu of $700,000 bond. While working for the victim’s family, she allegedly used their child under age 14 for lewd sex acts.

A social media company contacted law enforcement to report sexual abuse materials involving a child shared online. Hildalgo’s residence was subsequently searched. Evidence recovered includes equipment for production and distribution of pornographic images of minors.

Seven felony charges were filed against Hildalgo on September 26. Her charges include possession/control of matter depicting a minor engaging in sexual conduct. She is also charged with committing a lewd act on a child under age 14, and distribution of child pornography.

The special task force is comprised of detectives and investigators from law enforcement agencies in Contra Costa County. This includes the Brentwood, Concord, Danville, Moraga, Pittsburg, Pleasant Hill, Oakley, San Ramon, and the Walnut Creek police departments.

The Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Secret Service, and investigators from the federal Department of Homeland Security also participate in the task force. As do inspectors from the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office.
