Burglary Suspect Apprehended Following Early Morning Incident

NAPA, CA – In the early hours of the morning, a local convenience market fell victim to a burglary, resulting in an approximate loss of $1500 in cash and various miscellaneous items. Napa Police Department (NPD) officers, swift to respond, utilized surveillance footage to identify the alleged perpetrator, subsequently leading to the issuance of a search warrant for the suspect’s residence.
NPD officers executed the search warrant later in the afternoon, successfully locating clothing believed to have been worn during the burglary, as well as a substantial sum of cash. The suspect, identified as Bruce Mckenzie, now faces charges of burglary and violation of probation.
