“HOMELESS MAN SEXUALLY ASSAULTS WOMAN AT TROLLEY STATION:
On November 20 around 5:50 PM, El Cajon Police responded to the El Cajon Transit Center to investigate a possible sexual assault. Once they were there, officers learned an MTS security guard was detaining a suspect and was also with the victim. Officers spoke with the victim who said she was held against her will by the suspect, who had also kissed, groped, and sexually assaulted her. The suspect was identified as Travis Bondurant, a 49-year-old San Diego man who is currently homeless in El Cajon. Bondurant has a lengthy arrest history dating back to 1996. It was also discovered Bondurant had not been reporting to his parole agent as required.

Bondurant was booked into County Jail for sexual penetration with a foreign object, kidnapping to commit rape, sexual battery and the parole violation.
