Two people were recently arrested on various charges after allegedly running a stop sign in a stolen vehicle.
According to a press release by the Woodland Police Department, an officer on patrol near West Lincoln Avenue and Cottonwood Street observed a Hyundai sedan that failed to stop at a stop sign in the early morning hours of Tuesday, December 12. It was discovered that the vehicle had been reported as stolen.
The driver, identified as 22-year-old Robert Ragan from Placerville, and the passenger, 25-year-old Megan Huerta from Willows, were detained by law enforcement.
