“Last night, CHP Officer Alvarez observed a gray BMW X5 traveling on EB SR-152 near Santa Nella at 96 mph (65 mph zone). He made an enforcement stop and determined the male driver had no license. Impounding the vehicle and conducting vehicle inventory, he located a small bag of cocaine. Conducted a full search of the vehicle and located about 2 kilos of cocaine, a loaded semi automatic handgun, scales and extra gun magazine. The driver was arrested and booked on various felony charges into the Merced County jail.”
