“Gang Suppression Unit Detectives working in conjunction with Special Enforcement Detail (SED) and North POP conducted an attempt pick up and probation search at the residence of a Norteno criminal street gang member, Jesse MORENO. During the knock and notice, several people attempted to exit the rear of the house, but were quickly detained.
A probation search of the residence revealed a non-serialized loaded handgun with a threaded barrel, making it an assault weapon in California. Detectives were able to determine the firearm belonged to a Norteno gang member and convicted felon, PONCE-REYNOSO. An additional loaded handgun was located in the living room and was determined to belong to Norteno gang member and convicted felon, Justin PARVIN.
PONCE-REYNOSO and PARVIN were both arrested for firearms related charges, MORENO was arrested on his outstanding felony warrant. PONCE-REYNOSO, PARVIN, and MORENO were all booked at the Main Jail for felony charges.”
