In a coordinated effort led by the Gang Suppression Unit (GSU), law enforcement agencies executed search warrants across four locations on February 15, 2024. The operation, spearheaded by the Special Enforcement Detail (SED) with support from the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office Central Division POP Team, Special Investigations Bureau (SIB), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and Rancho Cordova Police Department-Crime Suppression Unit, aimed to disrupt alleged illegal firearm activities linked to the Khome Zong Tong gang associates Tylor Saechao and Kelvin Sengon.

According to information gathered by GSU detectives, Saechao and Sengon were suspected of orchestrating the sale of illegal firearms, including fully automatic guns. Acting on this intelligence, law enforcement authorities obtained search warrants for the residences associated with the suspects.

During the execution of the warrants, officers discovered a significant cache of illegal items across the targeted locations. The inventory included a substantial quantity of ammunition, totaling 24 firearms, which comprised three assault weapons and two machine guns. Additionally, officers seized various items of gang-related paraphernalia and a sum of $223,945 in cash.

Following the operation, Saechao and Sengon were apprehended and subsequently transported to the Sacramento County Main Jail. While they have since been released, both individuals await future court dates as the legal process unfolds.
