“Friday night, ACPD Officers were called to the Lodge for the report of a subject with a gun. It was later determined that an argument between neighbors had occurred, and 34-year-old Richmond resident Jerome Mason brandished a firearm and made criminal threats to his neighbor, both of which are not good things to do.. While he was being detained by ACPD Officers, they located a holster on his person and, sure enough, a Glock style handgun was located in the apartment he was staying at. Mason was arrested and booked into NCDC on weapons charges and criminal threats.
Saturday evening an ACPD Officer was patrolling on Broadway when he observed a green laser coming from inside a vehicle as he drove past it. Suspecting that there might be crime afoot he initiated a traffic stop. During a search of the vehicle, an unloaded Glock style firearm with a green laser attachment affixed to it was located on the floorboard of the vehicle. But that wasn’t all that was found inside the vehicle. Officers located a large quantity of psilocybin mushrooms . The driver, 21-year-old Vallejo resident Yahir Segura-Menjvar, and his passenger, 22-year-old Vallejo resident Uriel Herrera Zavala were both arrested.
Sunday afternoon, Vallejo Police Department asked for assistance for an assault that occurred at one of the sideshows in the city. ACPD responded to assist with scene security and crowd control.
