Modesto Woman Booked for Allegedly Making Criminal Threats Towards Neighbors

“Over the weekend, deputies with the Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old Modesto resident Kelly Eakin in the 6200 block of American Ave. in Modesto. Calls to 911 were received saying she yelled at neighbors and their kids, fired gunshots off into the distance, and retreated back into her home. Eakin surrendered to law enforcement and a search warrant was received allowing the weapons be confiscated. Eakin was arrested and booked for making criminal threats.”
