“On Wednesday, March 27, 2024, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, with the help of the Sacramento Police Department, arrested 25-year-old JW Jesse Geiger for two counts of Lewd or Lascivious acts on a child by force or fear. The arrest comes after the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office Child Abuse Bureau (CAB) conducted a lengthy investigation into the abuse of an 8-year-old child.
At the time of arrest, Geiger was in possession of a firearm. Geiger was transported to the Sacramento County Main Jail and booked on a $400,000 bail.
Detectives are concerned there may be additional unreported victims.
