Two Arrested for Alleged Assault and Robbery in Stockton

“Monday evening, April 15th, 2024, Patrol Deputies responded to South Oro Ave in Stockton for a call of a subject who had been physically assaulted and robbed of his belongings.

When Deputies arrived, they found an adult male who had multiple facial injuries. The victim told our Deputies that two males pulled up alongside him, jumped out, punched him, and stole his phone and wallet.

After a thorough investigation, our deputies were able to locate information leading us to identify the suspect’s vehicle and information to assist in identifying the two male suspects. One of our Deputies later spotted the suspect’s vehicle near El Dorado Street and Iris Ave.

A high-risk stop was conducted, and both suspects were taken into custody without incident. The driver of the vehicle, Tracell Richardson, was found to be on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS), for firearm-related charges. Deputies searched the vehicle and found the victim’s cell phone and items from his wallet were still inside the vehicle.

Both Stacie Green of Stockton and Tracell Richardson of Stockton were arrested and booked for the charges of Robbery and Conspiracy to commit a crime. Tracell Richardson was also booked for Petition for revocation of PRCS. Stacie Green received an additional charge of False ID to a peace officer.

Great job to our patrol deputies for their quick response, investigative work, and relaying of timely information from all involved, which was critical for a prompt resolution.”
