Healdsburg Police Investigate Double Stabbing on Foss Creek Pathway
“On Sunday, April 21st, at about 10:30 pm, the Healdsburg Police Department received a call from a victim of a stabbing on the Foss Creek Pathway behind the area of Carson Warner Skate Park. The victim reported that he and some of his acquaintances had been involved in an altercation with some unknown individuals and he had been stabbed during the incident. Officers responded and found a 16-year-old male with stab wounds to his back. The 16-year-old was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Officers later discovered a second 17 year old male victim that had also been stabbed during the incident was admitted to an area hospital. Both victims sustained serious injuries, but are expected to recover. Police continue to investigate what might have led to the stabbing and who else may have been involved in the altercation.
