Los Angeles County Man Arrested for Two Alleged Sexual Assaults, More Victims Sought

“Detectives with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Special Victims Bureau are investigating two separate sexual assault cases involving female victims who were sexually assaulted by Eduardo Sarabia along Highway 39 in the Angeles National Forest. The incidents occurred on May 12, 2024, and May 13, 2024, between 2130-2200 hours.
Mr. Sarabia was arrested on May 13, 2024, under booking number 6809276. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office filed two felony counts of forcible rape and forcible oral copulation out of Pomona Court on May 15, 2024, under case number 24PSCF00272.
Mr. Sarabia’s next court date is June 27, 2024, in Pomona Superior Court. Mr. Sarabia is being held on a “No bail” status.
Based on the nature of the allegations, detectives believe there may be additional unidentified victims. Detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying any such victims.
