“On the night of August 13th, one of our deputies conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of County Road 102 and Highway 113 in Knights Landing.
During the stop, the deputy observed drug paraphernalia (a meth pipe) inside the vehicle. Both occupants were removed from the car and detained.
The driver was found with a small amount of methamphetamine in his pocket, while the passenger was carrying 21 grams of methamphetamine.
Additionally, a handgun was discovered jammed between the seats. Juan Garcia of Olivehurst and Arnoldo Rosas of Yuba City were both arrested.”
