“Arrest Made in 2013 Homicide Case.
Yesterday afternoon, Citrus Heights Detectives arrested 49-year-old Alejandra Aguilera-Ortega in connection with the 2013 death of Diego Lopez, who tragically passed away after receiving illegal silicone injections in the buttocks leading to fatal complications.
An extensive investigation in 2013 revealed that Aguilera-Ortega, who was unlicensed, provided these dangerous injections. After fleeing to Mexico, Aguilera-Ortega recently returned to Citrus Heights, where Detectives located and arrested Aguilera-Ortega for homicide at a local apartment complex.”
