Marysville Police Respond to Two-Car Collision; Both Drivers Arrested for DUI

Police in Marysville recently made two arrests following a two-car collision in which both drivers were allegedly found to have been under the influence.

According to a department press release, officers responded to the scene of a vehicle accident on the night of Monday, Sept. 2. The incident involved two vehicles and one had fled the scene, police said.

The driver who remained at the scene was reportedly found to be intoxicated.

Officers soon also located the second vehicle, and found the driver to be under the influence as well.

No injuries were reported, police said.

Both drivers were arrested and booked at the Yuba County jail.
