Juvenile Suspect Arrested After Stabbing Incident

“Grover Beach, CA — On Thursday, September 5th, shortly after 8pm, Grover Beach Police Officers responded to a residence in the 1200 block of Manhattan Avenue for a male adult who had been stabbed with a knife. Officers determined that a 16-year-old male juvenile was in an argument with the victim before stabbing him once in the chest with a knife, causing significant injury.
Fire and ambulance personnel responded and treated the victim, who was then transported to the hospital for his injuries. He is listed in stable condition. The juvenile suspect was arrested and transported to the San Luis Obispo County Juvenile Services Center, where he was booked on a charge of 245(a)1 PC, felony assault with a deadly weapon. Because the suspect is a juvenile, we are unable to release his name or any other information.
Officers also determined a family member of the juvenile suspect was in a fight with the victim and was subsequently arrested. Kelsey Shea Noll, age 34, was arrested for 242 PC, Battery and was booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail. During the investigation, a nearby resident interfered with the officers investigation and was arrested. Alexandra Ashley Moore, age 26, was arrested for 148(a)(1) PC, Resist/Obstruct/Delay a Peace Officer.
