Fresno Man Faces Litany of Charges Across Eight Separate Cases in Three Month Period

Fresno police have arrested a man on a litany of charges in connection with multiple alleged shootings and other crimes in the city.

In a press release, the Fresno Police Department announced that they had identified Noah Devyn Rios, 26, as the primary suspect in multiple crimes committed since Rios was released from prison in July of this year.

Rios is the primary suspect in eight separate cases between July and September of this year, police said.

On Sept. 4, authorities served six search warrants in connection with these investigations. Rios was arrested without incident.

Across all cases, Rios reportedly four counts of shooting at an inhabited dwelling, five counts of assault with a firearm, four counts of criminal threats, and armed robbery.
