“On Sunday, September 16th, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Andrew Rodriguez, of Santa Maria, was released from a Ventura area hospital. After Mr. Rodriguez’ release, he was arrested by Detectives with the Pismo Beach Police Department for the murder of Jonathan Perez. At the time of the alleged murder Mr. Rodriguez and Mr. Perez were known acquaintances.
Mr. Rodriguez was extradited to the County of San Luis Obispo, where he was booked into the County of San Luis Obispo jail without bail.
