Fresno Police Dismantle Illegal Casino; One Arrested

“Detectives from the Southeast Policing District recently received information that an illegal casino was operating out of 3777 East Olive Avenue. Detectives initiated an investigation and determined that not only was an illegal casino operating inside, but narcotic sales were also occurring as well. From their initial investigation, detectives authored an evidentiary search warrant.

On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, officers from the Fresno Police Department’s Southeast Policing District’s Safety Team (DST) served the evidential search warrant at this location. During the search warrant, the following items were seized:

• Three firearms, a P80 9mm, a Keltec 9mm (reported stolen) and a Sig Sauer P238
• Seven operational slot machines
• Five pounds of methamphetamine, packaged for sale

• PC 496A – Receiving or Concealing Stolen Property”
