“On September 28, 2024, at approximately 2:12 a.m., Palm Springs Police Dispatch began receiving 911 calls reporting a physical altercation involving around 12 individuals in the parking lot of a business in the 5600 block of E Ramon Road. Multiple people were reportedly injured. A witness also reported two suspect vehicles involved in the incident, including a black Infiniti.

Witnesses reported that the occupants of the black Infiniti and a second suspect vehicle were seen assaulting the victims before taking property from them after they were knocked unconscious.
