Kern County Authorities Arrest Five in Taft, Maricopa Warrant Sweep

Kern County authorities reportedly arrested multiple people on felony warrants during a sweep in mid-November.

In a press release, the Sheriff’s Office announced that deputies at the Taft substation, with help from the Bureau of Land Management and the Taft Police Department, conducted warrant sweeps in the Taft and Maricopa areas.

Deputies reportedly arrested Brittany Aldis, 31; Julio Rodela, 26; and Pedro Martinez, 26 — all on felony warrants.

As well, deputies reportedly arrested Allen LizarragaCastillo, 21, on suspicion of resisting arrest, child endangerment, preventing or dissuading a witness, and vandalism, along with two felony warrants and a Ramey warrant.

Lluliana Sanchez, 18, was also arrested on suspicion of being an accessory, child endangerment, and a Ramey warrant.

All were booked at the Lerdo Jail, authorities said.
