46 Year Old West Sacramento Man Arrested – Suspected of Sexually Assaulting a Child

SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA – “On November 22, 2024, 46-year-old Scott Ervin Bezona of West Sacramento was arrested in relation to a sexual assault investigation conducted by the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office Sexual and Elder Abuse Bureau (SEAB). The victim in this case reported that Bezona sexually assaulted her and provided her with controlled substances multiple times between 2020 and 2023, while she was still a minor.
Bezona was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on six counts of Lewd Acts on a Child where the victim is 14 or 15 & the Defendant is 10 years older, 12 counts of Oral Copulation when the Defendant over 21 years old & the Victim is under 16 years old, six counts of Unlawful Sexual intercourse when the victim is more than 3 years younger than the suspect, 12 counts of Oral Copulation with a person under 18 years old, and four counts of an Adult Furnishing a minor with controlled substances.
Bezona is currently being held in custody with no bail and is scheduled to appear in court on November 26.
