Oregon Man Arrested for Alleged Overnight Burglary in Susanville

“On the morning of Friday December 20, 2024, at approximately 0220 hours officers from the Susanville Police Department responded to Spirit Gas Station located at 2525 Main Street for an alarm call. Officers observed damage to the building and observed signs of theft from the business. Officers continued a search of the area and contacted a male immediately in the area who had merchandise from the store found in his possession. This male was later identified as Michael Scott Tyree who is a resident of Klamath Falls, Oregon.
Tyree was arrested by officers from the Susanville Police Department and booked into the Lassen County Jail for burglary and resisting arrest.”
