YUBA CITY, CA — “On January 23, 2025, at approximately 0930 hours – Yuba Sutter Narcotic and Gang Enforcement Task Force (NET-5), with the assistance of Yuba City Police Department and Sutter County Sheriff’s Department, executed a search warrant on Jason Shanker, his residence, vehicle, and Queen Penny Tire located at 500 Colusa Ave. Yuba City California 95991 in Sutter County.
During the execution of the search warrant, NET-5 Agents located multiple bindles of fentanyl, methamphetamine, scales, packaging consistent with narcotics sales, and US currency exceeding $60,000.00.
Jason Shanker was arrested for 11351 H&S (Possess a Controlled Substance for Sales) and 11377 H&S (Possession of a Controlled Substance).
Dino Damien was arrested for 11377 H&S (Possession of a Controlled Substance) and an outstanding arrest warrant from Marysville Police Department.
