Three Individuals, Including Juvenile, Arrested After Pursuit in San Joaquin County

STOCKTON, CA — Two adults and a juvenile were arrested on a various charges following a police pursuit in Stockton.
According to a press release by the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office, deputies attempted to pull over a vehicle in the area of West Lane and Bianchi Road on January 29, but the driver fled.
Deputies pursued the vehicle for around 12 miles and were assisted by air support from the Stockton Police Department, the sheriff’s office said.
At one point during the pursuit, deputies reportedly saw a rifle extending out the suspect vehicle’s window before the suspects discarded it.
The pursuit concluded in the area of Sanguinetti Lane and East Mistletoe Avenue.
Three individuals — identified as Andrew Acosta, Miguel Valdez, and a juvenile whose identity is confidential due to their age — were arrested on suspicion of felony evading a peace officer, evading a peace officer with reckless driving, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, conspiracy to commit a crime, carrying a loaded firearm in public, possession of a large-capacity magazine, possession of a firearm by a minor, and illegal possession of firearm by a minor.
