San Luis Obispo Man Arrested for Narcotics Sales Near School

SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA — “Several months ago, San Luis Obispo Police detectives received information that Trevor Mason, age 22 and a resident of San Luis Obispo, was selling narcotics in the city. Through extensive investigation, detectives gathered evidence indicating Mason was selling suspected counterfeit Adderall, which has similar chemical components to methamphetamine.
Detectives served a search warrant at Mason’s residence on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 on the 500 block of Highland Drive. During the search, detectives discovered a large quantity of suspected narcotic pills, psilocybin mushrooms, and packaging indicative of narcotic sales. Mason was arrested and booked into SLO County Jail on the following charges:
H&S 11378 – Felony possession of controlled substance for sale
H&S 11379(A) – Felony transportation of a controlled substance for sale
H&S 11353.6(B) – Sales of a controlled substance within 1000 feet of a school
Bail was set at $50,000 and Mason posted and was released from custody. This investigation is on-going.”
