Three Arrested on Suspicion of Selling Narcotics Out of Property in Shasta County

SHASTA LAKE, CA  —  “On Thursday, February 27, 2025, at approximately 10:38 AM, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office City of Shasta Lake Station, South County Station, Shasta Interagency Narcotics Task Force (SINTF) Agents, and AB109 Team Members served a search warrant at a residence on the 1900 block of Grand Coulee Blvd. in the City of Shasta Lake. A total of nine people were located on the property.

50-year-old Victor Ramirez was found to be actively destroying evidence and was detained. Deputies conducted a search of the property; they located evidence of narcotics possessed for the purposes of sales and maintaining a residence for sales of narcotics. Victor Ramirez and 65-year-old Tanja Grigalba were arrested for Possession of methamphetamine for sales 11378 HS, Maintaining a residence where narcotics are sold 11366 HS, and Possession of narcotics with prior convictions 11359 PC under California’s new Prop 36 regulations. 56-year- old Raymond Grigalba was arrested on an outstanding work release warrant. He is also on the Shasta County Chronic Offender Program. City of Shasta Lake Code Enforcement responded to the location and discovered numerous city code violations on the property. The residence was “red tagged,” as unsafe to occupy and all occupants were instructed to vacate the premises.”
