Sonoma County Woman Arrested for Alleged Assault, Child Abuse

HELDSBURG, CA — “On Monday February 24th, Healdsburg Police Officers were made aware of an incident that took place in the area of Healdsburg Ave at Powell Ave the night before. It was reported that an adult female confronted a group of juveniles regarding a previous altercation involving the woman’s child and the other juveniles. The woman had reportedly accelerated towards the group of individuals in her vehicle as they crossed the street then got out of her car and confronted them, slashing at one of them with an unknown sharp object before driving away.
Through an investigation 41-year-old Olivia Ann Shislerfarias of Healdsburg was identified as the woman suspected to be involved in this incident. On Thursday February 27th, Officers attempted to contact Shislerfarias at her residence, but she refused to come to the door and meet with officers. Officers eventually contacted Shislerfarias in a vehicle driving away from the area and took her into custody. During a search of Shislerfarias’ residence pursuant to a search warrant officers located suspected narcotics including methamphetamines, mushrooms, narcotic pills, and drug paraphernalia, as well as an unregistered loaded firearm.
Shislerfarias was booked into the Sonoma County Jail on various charges including possession of a controlled substance with a firearm, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, assault with a deadly weapon, and aggravated child abuse.”
