SUMMARY: The School Resource Officer was contacted at Corning Union High School regarding a theft from the Cafeteria freezer. Through investigation and surveillance video, Frankie gained access into the locked freezer on 6 different occasions. The approximated value of food stolen from the freezer on Corning Union High School was $2,024 dollars. Frankie Phompong admitted to stealing a rolling trash bin, which was valued at $1,525 dollars. Frankie used the rolling trash bin to assist him in stealing food. On separate occasions, Frankie used a rolling suitcase and a backpack to steal food. Frankie was contacted and arrested. Frankie was booked into the Tehama County Jail for six felony charges of 495 PC, one felony charge of 487(a) PC, and one felony charge of 487(B)(1)(a) PC.
